Cancellation & Refund Policy

At earncg.com, we strive to assist our customers as much as possible and maintain a flexible cancellation policy. Please note the following guidelines:
- Order Cancellations: Cancellations will only be accepted within 10 minutes of placing the order. If your request is made after this window — and especially once the order has been processed, shipped, or sent to our vendor or merchant — we may not be able to cancel it.
- Perishable Items: We do not accept cancellation requests for perishable or non-returnable items such as digital downloadable products, flowers, or eatables. However, if the delivered product is empty, corrupted, or of poor quality, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement. To qualify, you must report the issue to our support team within 48 hours of delivery and provide valid proof, such as a screenshot or video.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Service team within 2 days of delivery. Once the issue is reported, the merchant will verify the problem before any action is taken. If the product does not match your expectations or differs from what was shown on the website, you should also reach out within the same timeframe. Our team will review your complaint and make a fair decision based on the situation.
- Manufacturer Warranty: For products covered under a manufacturer’s warranty, please direct your complaints to the manufacturer. If a refund is approved by R. Nayak, it will be processed within 9 to 15 days.
