We stand behind the quality of our products. If you experience a technical issue that prevents access to your purchase, we will make it right.
Eligibility for Refund
You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if:
- The download link was not delivered to your email
- The downloaded file is corrupted or inaccessible
- You were charged but did not receive confirmation
- A technical error on our platform prevented product delivery
Non-Refundable Situations
- The download link has been accessed and the file downloaded successfully
- More than 7 days have passed since purchase
- Dissatisfaction with AI output results (results depend on the AI platform and user prompting technique)
- Change of mind after accessing the product
- Purchased the wrong bundle (we will help you upgrade/downgrade instead)
How to Request a Refund
Email support@promptvault.in with subject line "Refund Request – [Your Order ID]" and include:
- Your Order ID
- Email address used at checkout
- Reason for refund request
- Screenshot of any error (if applicable)
We process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Cancellation Policy
Since PromptVault sells one-time digital products (no subscriptions), there is no recurring billing to cancel. Each purchase is a single transaction. If your payment was initiated but not completed, no charge will be applied. For payment processing errors, contact us immediately.
